Structure and working principle

The one-way electromagnetic controller is composed of a yoke, an excitation coil, an armature, a traction device, a rectifying power supply plug-in device and a connecting end cover.

When the excitation coil of the one-way electromagnetic controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is energized by the rectifying power source, the exciting coil generates a strong magnetic field, and the armature attracts the yoke to generate traction force. When the excitation coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears and the armature is released, returning to its original state. (The structure is as follows)

Assemble size

The insulation resistance between the excitation coil and the housing is measured with a 500 volt megger. If it is less than 0.5 megohm, it must be dried and installed before it is qualified. Note: The power socket should be unplugged during measurement and directly on the excitation coil terminal and housing.

When installing, make sure that there is a certain distance between the screw (pull rod) at both ends of the controller and the controlled device.

When turning on the power, be aware that the power supply voltage used should match the voltage indicated by the controller.

During the use of the controller, it should be carried out along with the regular maintenance of the elevator, and the inspection records should be made in accordance with relevant regulations. It should be checked once a month when it is not used for a long time after installation.

Controllers that are not installed and used should be placed in a dry warehouse, and should not be damp. During transportation, they should not be exposed to rain and moisture, so as to avoid rusting parts and electrical components and excitation coils.

In the case where the user correctly uses and stores the controller as specified in this instruction manual, the manufacturer guarantees that the controller will perform well within one year of use (but not more than one and a half years from the manufacturer’s delivery date), as specified in During the time, if the controller is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality or cannot be used normally, the manufacturer will repair the parts and replace the parts or controllers for free. The premise is to ensure the authenticity of the on-site use of the controller quality problem. If the controller is disassembled by itself, the manufacturer is not responsible.
