INTRODUCTION

This system provides an emergency call between the construction of the floor inside the building and elevator driver, can be used as a general intercom system.Because the radio frequency does not need to apply, the product can be used in the construction of the elevator intensive areas of reliable use, will not affect each of the reliable communication. FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The installation method of the intercome on each floor can be referenced to the left of the following view. Fit the intercom and connect the intercom with the accessory cable. Note: a dedicated power supply device can only drive less than twenty. In another with the drawings, another port dedicated power supply connected to the junctionand then connected to the coupler. In the first floor of the construction elevator, the protective ground wire passes through the hole of the coupler, and it’s connect to the ground. Important note for installation, in the communication system, the protect grounding wire passing through the coupler can not be grounded in the middle grade.
The installation method of the cage intercom see below right view. Inaccording with the drawings, connect the intercom, the call device power supply, and the coupler cage, the protective ground wire passes through the hole of the coupler, and it connected with the ground.
Note: The power supply of the calling device and the special power output
have the difference between 110V AC and 220V AC. Please make sure that w
hen the order is confirmed!

SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS
INTERCOME UNIT
After the power supply is turned on, the channel frequency LED and the Transmitting receiving LED are red at the same time. At this time, if the system is not used, they turn green. If possible use the intercome, the channel frequency LED is red. At this time, push buttons to adjust volume, Press”talk” button and talk to the microphone above emergency while the channel frequeny indicator’s green.(effective range 10-20cm.)
Change Channel
1:Press and hold the switch.
2:Press and hold the “EMERGENCY ALARM” switch. The alarm will no
t sound. Do not release this switch until the channel is set.
3:Press on and off the button 4 times, until the “CHANNEL” LED color
changes. This switch must be pressed three times to activate the chann
el change mode. Then the CHANNEL LED Color (channel) will change
with each press of the switch.
4:When the Channel LED is the color desired, release the “EMERGENCY
ALARM” switch. The channel is now set.

Description of three operation frequency States
IMPORTANT: Each unit in a system must be set to the same channel(LED color) to communicate. The channel setting is shown is shown by the color of the”CHANNEL” tricolor LED when the unit is powered up.

Power Unit
When the AC power supply is suddenly interrupted, the whole system is powered by the BD-110VAC (or BD-220VAC) backup power supply, which is automatically closed after1 hours of continous power supply. If the system needs to work,press the red reset switch on it’s shell to restart the battery power supply. BD-110VAC (or BD-220VAC) battery backup power supply, such as the need to tun off the power supply, please press the reset switch.
When the AC power supply is provided, the system automatically switches to the normal power supply state, and the battery in the backup power supply of BD-110V BD-220VAC) is charged.Backup power output 12VDC, 0.5Amp.
